TM JOINT INSTALLATION 2009/2010
(MID + DYPCC + IEM + ITC BINTANG + TMIKL + TTDI)
Date : June 28th, 2009
Time : 12.00 pm
Place : Rest. Tasik Nelayan, Tasik Titiwangsa
Agenda :
11.30am : Arrival of Guests and Registration
12.00pm : Emcee Welcoming
12.05pm : Welcoming Speech by Prof Dato' Dr Wan Md. Zin, Div P Governor
12.10pm : New Officers Installation
12.30pm : Club President's Speech
12.45pm : Lucky Draw
12.55pm : Lunch
1.45pm : Lucky Draw
1.50pm : Games
2.45pm : Prize Giving Ceremony (best Dress Awards, Lucky Draw, Games)
2.55pm : Closing Speech by Dr Caren Lee, Incoming Div P Governor
3.00pm : Event ends
*** Started at 12pm, all TM members from 6 clubs + VIPS sat together in one beautiful hall to celebrate the installation ceremony 2009/2010..
Area P4 Governor, Miss Suhana Sidik lead the installation by calling upon each position starting with Sergeant At Arms, Treasurer, Secretary, VP Public Relation, VP Membership, VP Education, VP President and end up with Immediate Past President.
Then, all the new President from each club gave a speech representing their club.
Oooo and yes, the best part of that day besides the lunch was the games.... Each club were given 1 envelope and in that envelope contained a note what story+action they have to do... 1 person (A) will speak without giving any body language while the rest will act according to A.
This game for us was very benefial because the participants especially the storyteller must be creative person and think fast in order to create a story.
Oooo, 1 more thing, two thumbs up for the lunch that day.... So tasty and a lot!!!!
We all are really full with :
-Fried rice
-Sweet sour Kerapu
-Lemon Chicken
-Cuttlefish
-Broccoli
-Tom Yam
-Butter Prawn
-Fruits
Buuurrpppppp, excuseeeeeeee me.........
So, thats all for today.... Anything new, i will inform you as soon as possible....
(sorry coz' i can't remember few details as im enjoying myself dat day)...
****The conclusion that i got during that day, TM is a club that gives us an opportunity to meet new friends and new people from all over the places in Malaysia. Some of them maybe seems quite serious and some of them might give you a joy as they are a very happy go lucky people and love to make people laugh...
Sometimes ive been thinking, im very lucky to have a chance to see and feel myself to be part of this international and benefial club... If other people willing to pay the fee to join it, but me with my other friends from MID TM club was very lucky when all the fees was paid by our department...

#22 Meeting June 18th 2009
-On June 18th, 2009, meeting #22 has been held at Level 12, Sime Darby, KL.
-13 members came + 4 new S41 + 1 JAV..
-Ros Naini was the TME, and then Jamil played 2 roles, Table Topic Master (TTM) and Humour Master (HM).
-In TTM session, Jamil picked 4 volunteers:
Norhazlinawati
Amir
Normaizatul Akmal
Noor Azza
-After TTM and HM sessions, the project speeches began. and here are the speakers:
Fadzil Azma with "Managing Your Financial" (S4)
Safariza with "Sarawak" (S4)
Normaizatul Akmal with "Good Listeners" (S4)
-Noor Arfah evaluated TTM session.
and after that, project speeches evaluator gave their evaluations to the 3 speakers.
-And of course not forgetting the important role players. They are:
Tina Rohayu as the Grammarian
Farizah as the Ah Counter
Marzawatey as the Time Keeper
Selvarani as the General Evaluator
Best Speaker: Normaizatul Akmal
Best Table Topic : Noor Azza
..and Word of the Day is EXHILARATE (to make somebody feel very happy and excited).
