19.11.2009 Meeting #30

Meeting on Nov 19TH 2009, meeting #30 has been held at Level 12, Sime Darby, KL.

-10 members came + 1 guest, Mr Tarmidzi Hashim + 1 JAV.

-Meeting started with the President's welcoming remarks BY TM Izaitul Farah Ibrahim.

-Izaitul Farah Ibrahim was the TME.

-the Table Topic Master (TTM) conducted by TM Marzawatey Zainol.

-No volunteer in the Humour Master session (HM) this time.

-In TTM session, 5 volunteers with the topic about CARTOON:
i) Selvarani, CC
ii) Leelakumari, TM
iii) Taufik, TM
iv) ,Norhazlinawati, TM
v) , Ziti Norazila, TM

-After TTM and HM sessions, the project speeches began. and unfortunately, there is only 1 speaker:
i) Norhazlinawati Mat, TM (SP 5)

and after that, project speeches evaluator, TM Normaizatul Akmal presented her evaluation on Nana.

-And of course not forgetting the important role players.

before end up the meeting, Mr Tarmidzi gave a few comments and suggestions about the meeting. He would bring the the main problem of the club, attendance to the management meeting and will suggest more officers to join this club.

He also suggest in the Table Table Session, try to make a research on the topic to make it more interesting and informative to the audiences. And choose a simple questions or simple title so the participants can express themselves easily and with confident.

June 4th, 2009

-On June 4th, 2009, meeting #21 has been held at Level 7, Sime Darby, KL.

-Supposed it started at 2.15pm sharp, but unfortunately, only at 2.20pm it's got started.. And only 11 members came + Mr Aziman (BMKK) + 2 outsiders, Mr K N Devan and Miss Suhana + 1 JAV + 1 BMKK's practical student.

-Izaitul Farah was the TME, and then Khairul played 2 roles, Table Topic Master (TTM) and Humour Master (HM).

-In TTM session, Khairul has chosen Akmal, Wan Hakimah, Farizah, Leelakumari and Fadzil Azma as his victims. These 5 unlucky people must choose 1 envelope that contained 1 picture and then say anything about it.

-After TTM and HM sessions, the project speeches began. and here are the speakers:

-K N Devan took over the meeting where Miss Suhana evaluated TTM session where she has suggested 4 tips as improvement in the future:

1. After received question/item/picture, directly stand in front with the audiences.
2. Give eye movement to each and everyone in that room.
3. Find your own space, take a deep breath, and take some time to think your points before speak. (Don't rush!)
4. Try to use Word of the Day.

and after that, project speeches evaluator gave their evaluations to the 3 speakers.
